Aileen is an Associate in J.P. Morgan’s Leveraged Finance group, covering Technology, Media and Telecommunications. Prior to J.P. Morgan, Aileen worked at the Williams Capital Group in Corporate Finance and Capital Markets, as well as Fixed Income Sales and Trading. Aileen graduated from the Wharton School of Business in 2021, majoring in Finance, and from Brown University in 2012, majoring in Organizational Studies.
Mr. Walker is a Vice President in J.P. Morgan’s Corporate and Investment Bank. Prior to J.P. Morgan, Mr. Walker was an Investment Banking Associate at Barclays Capital in the Consumer & Retail Group. Mr. Walker delivers client coverage and transaction execution to a diverse set of large cap and middle market corporate clients. He has significant M&A advisory experience along with prominent capital markets experience across and a range of debt and equity instruments.
Mr. Walker holds a Master of Business Administration with a concentration in finance, from the University of Virginia Darden School of Business in Charlottesville, Virginia. During his tenure at Darden Mr. Walker was the recipient of The Consortium Fellowship, The Toigo Foundation Fellowship and The Barclays Capital MBA Ambition Fellowship. Olga is an Associate with the Office of LGBTQ+ Affairs and is currently completing her first rotation of the Chase Associate Program within the Consumer & Community Bank. Prior to joining JPMorgan Chase, she drove consultative services and delivered technical solutions for Marketing, Payment, and Accounting functions of commercial and federal clients. While at JPMorgan Chase, she has developed professional development programming, facilitated employee engagement initiatives, and established external business coaching partnerships all in support of our LGBTQ+ constituents. She also serves as a New York Metro CAP Ambassador in addition to her rotation work. Academically, Olga has a background in Engineering and Environmental Studies having completed her undergraduate degree at Brown University; she most recently earned an MBA and a Certificate in Sustainable Business from Georgetown University’s McDonough School of Business.
Tade Olulade is a Banker in the New York City office of J.P. Morgan Private Bank. He works closely with a select group of entrepreneurs, business owners, executives and affluent families, helping them define and achieve their unique goals and ambitions. He holds an M.B.A. from New York University’s Leonard M. Stern School of Business, and earned his B.S. in Development Economics from SOAS, University of London.

Ashlie Tyler is a Senior Associate in the Global Industrials Group at Bank of America. She spends most of her time in the maritime sector, primarily covering Jones Act, containership leasing, and container box leasing companies.
In addition to her investment banking responsibilities, Ashlie plays an integral role in the execution of the firm’s initiative to allocate LP capital to minority fund managers, with nearly $500 million committed to date.

Franco F. Tapia is a portfolio manager at Capital Group. He has 16 years of investment industry experience and has been with Capital Group for one year. Prior to joining Cpital, Franco worked as a portfolio manager and director of research at BlackRock. Before that, he was a portfolio manager, partner and senior analyst at Pzena Investment Management. Patrick Sanchez, CFA, is an associate director on the institutional client services team at Artisan Partners with responsibility for institutional marketing and client service for the firm’s Sustainable Emerging Markets team. He joined Artisan Partners in 2016 as part of the firm’s rotational training program and had the opportunity to work across multiple business areas of the firm over the course of three years. In 2019, Mr. Sanchez spent the last year of the program on the institutional client services team where he was aligned with the Sustainable Emerging Markets team. Ms. Holden joined ShopCore in September 2022 as Executive Vice President and Chief Operating Officer. She has nearly 20 years of experience working with open-air neighborhood and community centers, high street, enclosed malls, and mixed-use assets. Ms. Holden has primary responsibility for all ShopCore assets, including asset management, leasing, development, property management, and marketing.
Previously, Ms. Holden worked at Clarion Partners as an Equity Partner, Managing Director, and Head of Retail Asset Management. Prior to her current role, Stephanie was a Senior Vice President at Resource REIT and worked at multiple private equity real estate firms in various capacities throughout her career. Ray Bellucci is the senior TIAA leader in our Dallas office and his roots are founded in the mailroom; having grown with the company to Executive Vice President and Institutional Retirement General Manager. He’s served TIAA in client relationships, operations, product management and technology leadership roles working in our four major hubs over his career.
Joining TIAA in 1983, Ray is responsible for leading the design, development and execution of TIAA’s retirement strategy across our 15,000 clients; representing over $700 billion in assets under management and administration. He was formerly responsible for leading client relationships for all individual and institutional clients across the Western Region. Prior to leading client relationships, he led business and technology divisions in the design & delivery of TIAA’s recordkeeping services and capabilities to institutional and individual clients. This included ownership of all plan sponsor related processes, design, development, installation and recordkeeping of all new products and services for institutional clients. He was also responsible for managing and modernizing all new business and client transitions, contracts, plan administration, ERISA reporting, audit and regulatory support.
Over the years, he has grown and developed in leadership positions in clientfacing, operations and product management capacities. As a founding director of the Personal Consulting Group, he built the operating model and led the teams focused on relationship management for high net-worth clients.
